MEDITATION CLASSES

Choose from weekly drop-in meditation classes that work within your schedule.  Each meditation class consists of two guided meditations, a teaching, group discussion, as well as community time after class with tea and snacks.

At Amitabha Centre, we practice Kadampa Buddhism, the integration of meditation and Buddha’s teachings in our busy lives. Modern Buddhism is characterized by its practicality and simplicity that makes it accessible to everyone.
