May 6-27 Improving Our Relationships with Meditation
Relationships make up the fabric of our life…wherever we turn, we are interacting with others: family, friends, co-workers, even our pets. Everyone wants these interactions to be positive, peaceful and enjoyable.
By getting to know our mind, we can gain insight into the roles that we have in all our relationships and begin to let go of irritation and negativity and develop healthy mental habits that foster love and care for others.

SUNDAYS 11am-12.15pm with Kadam Kelly Loeffelmann

Jun 3-24 Mindfulness for Busy People
This series is open to everyone and offers some insight into how bringing mindfulness into everything we do gives us the ability to act effectively and lightly with wisdom. Although mindfulness is a very popular practice with many profound benefits, its true essence is often lost. All mindfulness instructions originate in Buddhist philosophy which presents a step-by-step approach to mastering this practise.

By the end of this series you will:
– begin to understand and practise mindfulness
– be able to use meditation to move your mind from negative states to positive states
– develop the ability to act effectively and lightly with wisdom
