What to Expect at a Class

NEW TIME 8-9pm | Starts April 12!

Each class begins with 20 minutes of guided breathing meditation to calm the mind and enable us to let go of mental busyness. Then there are 20 minutes of teaching on the topic of the week. The session ends with 20 minutes of meditation related to the topic with a conclusion that we can take away into our daily life.

Mar 1-29 Letting Go of Anxiety (7-8:15pm)
This series is a follow up from the Letting Go of Anxiety Public Talk. We’ll further explore mindfulness methods, meditations, and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help you let go of anxiety, become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with your negative emotions more confidently and effectively.

Learn to Meditate: The Basics | April 12-26 | NEW TIME 8-9pm

Through this series you will learn three simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help to relax both body and mind and lead to a deep experience of inner peace. Everyone welcome.

Introduction to Mediation: Clarity of Mind | May 3-24

The meditation on the clarity of the mind is one of the most powerful and beneficial of all meditations. Not only is this meditation peaceful and relaxing, it gives you deep insight into the nature and power of your mind. As your mind determines your life experiences, it is vital to understand its nature and to learn how to transform it.
Through this series you will be able to gain first-hand experience of your mind through which you will come to understand your extraordinary potential for real happiness, transformation and even enlightenment. Everyone welcome.
