Class structure: Join us for 20 minutes of meditation, 20 minutes of teaching and another 20 minutes of meditation. Stay awhile after and enjoy tea and cookies with like-minded people!

Buddha’s teachings are scientific methods for improving our humanity and good qualities through developing our mind. This series provides a special opportunity to learn essential principles unique to Buddhist philosophy, as well as a chance to delve into meditation as a tool for training our mind.

Class structure: Join us for 20 minutes of meditation, 20 minutes of teaching and another 20 minutes of meditation. Stay awhile after and enjoy tea and cookies with like-minded people!

Nov 1 – The bigger picture: Free your mind!
Nov 8 – Let it go!
Nov 15 – Sharpen the mind, soften the heart: Understanding and compassion
Nov 22 – Practicing Peace: Love and peace, not war and peace!
Nov 29 – Effective positive thinking
