January 8-29 Letting Go of Anxiety: 4-Week Stress Buster

For one month we are offering this 4-week course designed to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction. Each week qualified meditation Teacher Kadam Kelly Loeffelmann will guide you through meditations, describing new techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful and happy mind in daily life. Jan 8 Letting Go of Anxiety
In this introductory talk with meditation, you will be introduced to easy breathing techniques that will help you find your own peace of mind. As well, you will learn the basics of developing and maintaining a peaceful mind all the time.

Jan 15 Getting Your Life in Context
Moving on with more meditation and getting to know how to put things in perspective, so you can keep a healthy and constantly positive attitude whatever circumstances appear in your life.

Jan 22 Seven Keys to Happiness
Deeper meditation and learning to create the roots of your future happiness while removing the roots of future suffering by using seven essential techniques in your daily life.

Jan 29 Meaningful Meditations
Final wisdom meditations on how to recognize when something is wrong and what it is, and how to fix the problem using the rich techniques shared in this course – life-changing perspectives for everyone.

February 5-26 Victory Over Painful Emotions

TUESDAYS 7-8:15pm with Kadam Kelly Loeffelmann

Life brings many challenges and unexpected situations and we can easily react with painful feelings of stress, worry, anxiety and frustration. Buddha’s teachings explain, how it is possible to heal and transcend our inner pain and enjoy peaceful and positive minds. Through combining meditation and practical Buddhist wisdom we can strengthen our ability to face life’s challenges in a peaceful, positive and constructive way. In doing so, we can transform our challenges and unwanted situations into opportunities for personal growth and development.

No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome. Each class is self-contained so you can drop in any week, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
