Half Day Course on learning to forget your problems using wisdom to practice patience with Resident Teacher Kadam Kelly Loeffelmann
It’s not uncommon to become so worried about a problem that we feel we can’t stop thinking about it. It may even invade our dreams, and we often feel that we can’t forget the problem until we solve it. Buddha explained that the opposite is true: we can’t solve a problem until we forget it. Once we let go of grasping at the problem, we can develop a peaceful, inspired state of mind that has the insight and clarity to address constructively whatever challenge remains.
In this half-day course, come learn practical methods to forget your problems and instead experience peace, clarity and inspiration.
The course will consist of two sessions with a break in the middle for complementary refreshments. Each session will include guided meditation, a talk and a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.
