Let Go of Anxiety

Join us for a half day retreat that is a follow up on our Letting Go of Anxiety series in October. Our life is full of uncertainty, busyness and a growing list of obligations and responsibility. It can be easy to forget that staying calm, relaxing and enjoying our current life are all within our grasp. In this class we will learn meditations that will help us lighten up, make the most of our moments and find mental peace within the life we have today.

By the end of this half-day retreat you will have tools to:

  • let go of anxiety
  • stay calm and relaxed in difficult situations
  • find mental peace in the midst of busy times

Everyone is welcome. This course is suitable both for beginners and those more experienced and consists of guided meditations, teachings, and time for questions. Light refreshments will be available.
