This course will introduce meditations and techniques to create and settle into the space and peace of your own mind. You will learn practical tools which which can be used in the stress and busyness of the workplace as well as in our daily lives. This workshop is perfect for those completely new to meditation providing a relaxing and enjoyable format for all.

Tamie-Ann Langevin has been studying on the Foundation Program and teaching in Edmonton for a few years. Tamie-Ann presents modern Buddhist teachings in an accessible and joyful way for everyone to integrate into their modern life.
