Relationships make up the fabric of our life…wherever we turn, we are interacting with others: family, friends, co-workers, even our pets. Everyone wants these interactions to be positive, peaceful and enjoyable.
By getting to know our mind, we can gain insight into the roles that we have in all our relationships and begin to let go of irritation and negativity and develop healthy mental habits that foster love and care for others.

Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes provide a comprehensive introduction to meditation, offering guidance at all levels for developing and deepening your meditation practice. Learn meditations to relax body and mind, find inner peace, achieve mental clarity, and develop a kind and compassionate attitude towards others.
Each class includes teaching, guided meditation and an opportunity to ask questions. These classes are based on various books by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and are the perfect way to establish a daily meditation practice.
Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
