September 7-28 | Back to Work, Back to School with a Clear Mind

This month we will be focusing on Buddha’s illuminating teachings on busy minds and how to overcome them. In each session we will focus on how to deal with a particular mental problem, learning practical methods to reduce its hold on us and in this way allowing us to experience deep and satisfying emotional freedom. As our mental pain diminishes we draw closer to the person we wish to be, a joyful, confident and loving person.

September 7 – Stop worrying, start living
September 14 – Be kind to yourself
September 21 – Wake up smiling
September 28 – Getting along with people

Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes provide a comprehensive introduction to meditation, offering guidance at all levels for developing and deepening your meditation practice. Learn meditations to relax body and mind, find inner peace, achieve mental clarity, and develop a kind and compassionate attitude towards others.

Each class includes teaching, guided meditation and an opportunity to ask questions. These classes are based on various books by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and are the perfect way to establish a daily meditation practice.

Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
