Often, we’re not kind to ourselves at all. We look at our flaws and see them as ugly; we fall short of our expectations; we feel inadequate.

No wonder we’re often stressed, frustrated, and disappointed. How we relate to ourselves affects every aspect of our life.

Instead of kicking yourself for gaining some weight during lockdown, or not mastering a new hobby, learn how to develop a positive self-view. Learn techniques and meditations to develop inner strength, confidence, and unlock your potential for transformation.
